3 Affordable Fall and Winter Jackets to Buy Now

3 Affordable Fall and Winter Jackets to Buy Now (and one fantastic splurge)

Today's post is going to be very light because I am still recovering from co-hosting a shower/girls' weekend for one of my best friends in the world. But, I couldn't help myself from coming over to share one of the cute jackets that we spotted today while shopping at Target. It would be great for the Virginia and farther south areas into late fall-or even winter if you are comfortable layering up.

The Tribal

I made a blanket out of a similar fabric, and people are always asking me where I found the fabric (JoAnn's) and saying they want a jacket out of it. Target is ready to make that happen for you! The muted colors of this jacket make it subtle enough that once the tribal trend is truly gone, you can still wear it proudly. I love the collar on this one.

The Classic Black

My dear friend (and frosh year roommate from college!) got this one. I love the collar, love that it buttons all the way up, and love the tie at the waist. She's in OT, and it works well for her because she can wash it after wearing it over particularly dirty scrubs.

This could take the place of a fleece that you have worn for years because it's just as soft-but more polished. It would work to cover up your butt if you go from the gym to the grocery store, as she pointed out, and it is dressy enough to wear with a nicer outfit for nighttime (if, you know, you wear scrubs all day!).

The Corduroy

I tend to go for a little longer length than this one offers because I get cold when my midsection is at all close to the wind, but if that's not your issue, then you should check out this adorable jacket. It comes in burgundy (very hot for fall again this year) and lavender as well as this gorgeous Kellc girl favorite yellowish-green.

This one and the next one are both Eddie Bauer-who knew?! They have a nice variety of sizes (including talls!), too, and a few others in addition to this one that are on sale.

The Splurge

This one is just too cute, too Anthro-inspired to skip over. It's not on sale, but it is adorable. Unlike the Target ones, it would last a few seasons. Isn't it darling?

4 $179-199

Happy shopping! And contact me soon if you'd like to set up a personal styling session because my rates are going up soon.
